Вadim Karpov, a defender for CSKA Moscow, who is currently on loan to "Ufa", shared his belief that his longstanding dream of playing in the English Premier League (EPL) may still come true.
"Why not? I'm only 21 years old! Anything is possible. It all depends on me and how I perform, and I understand that. Maybe not the EPL, but Europe - that's what I'm dreaming of right now," Karpov said in an interview with a correspondent from "Championat".
In the current season, playing for "Ufa", the defender has participated in two games.
The 21-year-old defender has been called up to various Russian youth national teams. His contract with the Moscow club is valid until the end of June 2025. According to the internet portal Transfermarkt, the estimated value of the player is €200,000.
